Configuring the refund request tool

If you want to use the refund request tool, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions. You can request these from us and then approve them.
- Go to 'Events' and then click on the event for which the form has to be created.
- Go to 'Tools' > 'Refund request' within the event settings. The following fields are available here:
Required
- Is enabled: Use this to turn the request form on or off.
- Terms and Conditions. Note: If you want to use the COVID-19 request tool, additional Terms and Conditions must be drafted. We have prepared a template that you can download here. The template must be adjusted based on the options you offer your fans. It is your responsibility as the organiser to make these Terms and Conditions available online and then add the URL in this field.
- Voucher group: Nothing should be entered here.
Optional
- Offer donation: This allows you to give fans the option to donate (part of) their order value.
- Offer refund: This activates the option to choose a refund.
- Offer voucher: This makes it possible to select a credit voucher. You can read more information about the credit voucher in this article.
- Introductory text: Allows you to place an accompanying text in the request form. Here you can, for example, explain how it works, state your policy, and add a personal message. In the image below you can see where the text will be displayed.

3. Do a final check and set up the communication towards fans.
Review the settings together with us. If everything is correct, you can start informing the fans about the tool that is now active for them! Fans can gain access to the tool based on the order ID and the email address used to place the order. They can do this via this
