Create Clarity in Your Reporting Dashboard with Product Groups

In some cases, a large list of different products (for example entry, locker, and token tickets) may appear in your Reporting Dashboard. By categorizing the products into product groups, you can restore the overview.

Follow the steps below to add a product group:
  1. Go to the Reporting Dashboard.
  2. Select "Configure product groups".
  3. Create the different groups by giving them a name.
WarningProduct groups that are empty or do not have a name will not be saved.
Add the different products to the desired product group
For every future product that is created, you can fill in the product group when creating the product.

Display of product groups in your Reporting Dashboard
1. Go to the Reporting Dashboard.
2. In the filters, select product groups
Done! You will find the product groups you created in your Reporting Dashboard.
