Extra info mobile tickets

Extra info mobile tickets

It is now possible to add extra event information to tickets that are available via MyOrder. Think of a map of the location, information about public transport and parking, opening hours, dress code, etc.

You add this to your event in two steps: first you create a template, and then you link it in your event. Follow the steps below to set this up correctly.

Create a template:
  1. Go to 'Create'.
  2. Click on E-ticket templates and then go to ‘Info for mobile tickets’.
  3. Click on ‘Create new template for mobile ticket info’.
  4. Give the template a name and add content in the ‘Extra information’ field.
  5. Save the template.
It is also possible to add hyperlinks and images as extra information.
Configure ‘Extra info for mobile tickets’:
  1. In your event, go to 'Settings' > 'E-ticket templates'.
  2. Just like with PDF E-ticket templates, you can configure a mobile ticket info template for each product in the event.
  3. You can apply the same mobile ticket template to multiple selected products using the bulk action row at the top of the table.
