Additional information about mobile tickets
It is now possible to add extra information about the event for tickets that are available via MyOrder. Think of a map of the venue, information about public transport and parking, opening hours, dress code, etc.
You add this to your event in two steps: first you create a template, and then you link it in your event. Follow the steps below to configure this correctly.
Create a template:
- Go to 'Create'.
- Click on E-ticket templates and then go to 'Info for mobile tickets'.
- Click on 'Create new template for mobile ticket info'.
- Give the template a name and add content in the 'Extra information' field.
- Save the template.
It is also possible to add hyperlinks and images as extra information.
Configure 'Extra info for mobile tickets':
- In your event, go to 'Settings' > 'E-ticket templates'.
- Just like with PDF e-ticket templates, a mobile ticket info template can be set for each product in the event.
- You can apply the same template for mobile tickets to multiple selected products using the bulk actions row at the top of the table.
