Extra info mobile tickets

It is now possible to add extra information about the event for tickets in MyOrder. Think of a map of the venue, information about public transport and parking, opening hours, dress code etc...

You add this to your event in two steps: first you create a template, which you then connect in your event. Follow the steps beneath to create the right settings.

Create a template:
  1. Go to 'Create'.
  2. Click on E-ticket templates and then go to 'Info for mobile tickets'.
  3. Click on 'Create new template for mobile ticket info'.
  4. Name the template and add content in the 'Additional information' field.
  5. Save the template.
It is also possible to add hyperlinks and images as extra information.

How to configure Extra info for mobile tickets for your event:
  1. In your event, go to 'Settings' > 'E-ticket templates'.
  2. Similar to PDF E-ticket templates, a mobile ticket info template can be set for each product in the event.
  3. You can apply the same mobile ticket template to multiple selected products using the bulk actions row at the top of the table.
