Faster checkout with sales channel basket timer
It is now possible to configure product lock and payment timers per sales channel. This helps encourage fans to complete their order faster and prevents tickets or products from being blocked for too long in unfinished orders.
Product Lock Timer
- Adjustable between 5 and 60 minutes (default: 20 minutes).
- Longer options are especially useful for shops with a complex product catalog.

The timer starts as soon as a product is added to the basket.
Payment Timer
- Default: 30 minutes.
- Can be reduced to 10 minutes via a checkbox.
How to set it up
- Go to Create and select your sales channel (or create a new one).
- Adjust the timer under Product lock timer.
- Save your changes.
