Measures taken by See Tickets/Paylogic for GDPR
See Tickets makes every effort to ensure that it complies with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Below you will find an overview of the most important measures we have taken to support your organization in handling personal data with care.
1. Features for GDPR requests
We have developed tools that allow you to easily comply with requests from fans, such as:
- Access to their personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion or anonymization of personal data (the so‑called "right to erasure").

Via the Backoffice you can view, edit, or have this data deleted. As organizer you are required to comply with these requests in time, but you can ask See Tickets for assistance with this.
2. Secure data management in the Backoffice
Personal data of ticket buyers is stored securely within the Paylogic platform. As organizer you have access to this data via the Backoffice using 2FA, you can edit this data, and you have the option to configure that data is automatically anonymized after a certain period.
3. Data processing agreement in line with the GDPR
Under the GDPR, you as organizer are the data controller, and See Tickets is the data processor. We always enter into a data processing agreement with our customers (that is: organizers) in which our mutual obligations are laid down. Among other things, it specifies how we handle data, which security measures apply, and how requests and incidents are handled.
4. Transparency through our privacy policy
We have an up‑to‑date privacy policy that clearly explains how See Tickets, on behalf of organizers, collects, uses, and protects personal data. Ticket buyers can always find this
privacy policy on our website and in the shops. The document can also be downloaded as an attachment to this article.
5. Monitoring partners and suppliers
We actively assess whether our partners and suppliers comply with the GDPR. Where necessary, we conclude separate (sub‑)processing agreements to guarantee the right level of protection in that area as well.
6. Security and data breach procedures
We keep our security measures and internal procedures up to date. In the event of a data breach that poses risks for ticket buyers, we will:
- Inform you as organizer,
- If necessary, notify the competent authority (such as the Data Protection Authority),
- And, where required, also inform the affected ticket buyers.
This procedure is in line with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.
