Increase upsell with cart banners

Add a banner to each step in your ticket shop to redirect people to, for example, merchandise, or to promote other services you offer. This is a great way to cross-sell during the purchase process.

  1. Navigate to your desired event.

  2. Click Sales configuration and go to Edit sale.


  3. Go to Banners and then to Configure cart banners.

  4. Add the desired banners to the specific products.

Notes

The file size must not exceed 500 kB and the optimal dimensions are 1200 by 120 pixels.
