Increase upsell with shopping cart banners

Add a banner per step in your Ticketshop to bring people back to merchandise, for example, or to advertise more about other services you offer. Therefore, this is a great way to cross-sell during the purchase process.
  1. Navigate to your desired event.
  2. Click on ‘Sales configuration’ and go to ‘Edit sales’. 


  3. Go to 'banners'. and then 'Configure shopping cart banners'

  4. Add the banners to the specific products as desired.

Notes
The file size should not exceed 500 kB and the optimal dimensions are 1200 by 120 pixels.
