Manually change products to sold out

Products automatically go to 'Sold out' in the shop when there is no more capacity. Follow the steps below if you want to set specific products to sold out earlier and manually.

1. Go to ‘Events’ and select the desired event.

2. Under ‘Settings’, go to ‘Sales periods’.

3. Here you can enable the ‘Sold out’ checkbox on the right-hand side at product level.

4. At the bottom, click on the pink ‘Save changes’ button.

Tip: By default, the text 'Sold out' is displayed when there is no more capacity, or when a ticket is manually set to sold out. Adjust this per product as required by clicking 'Use custom sold-out text' within the product setting under 'Advanced'.
