Set products to sold out

Set products to sold out

Products automatically go to 'Sold out' in the shop when there is no capacity left. Follow the steps below if you want to set specific products to sold out earlier and manually.

1. Go to 'Events' and select the desired event.
2. Under 'Settings', go to 'Sales periods'.
3. Here, on the right-hand side and per product, you can enable the 'Sold out' checkbox.
4. At the bottom, click the pink 'Save changes' button.
IdeaTip: By default, the text 'Sold out' is shown when there is no capacity left, or when a ticket has been set to sold out manually. Adjust this per product as desired by going to the product settings, under 'Advanced', and clicking 'Use custom sold out text'.
