Maximize conversion with delayed payments via Klarna

Maximize conversion with delayed payments via Klarna

In the current payment landscape there is a lot of innovation in the field of fintech. At the moment, Klarna is one of the largest players in the area of deferred payments. Since 2023 it has been possible for See Tickets clients to offer Klarna as a possible payment method.

If the buyer chooses Klarna in the checkout of the shop, the organizer of the event will still immediately receive the full order amount. This means you are paid everything in advance, while fans themselves may only pay later within Klarna. Within Klarna the buyer can choose between:

  • Pay now;

  • Pay 30 days later;

  • Pay in 3 installments.

These options are explained in more detail on the website of Klarna. In addition, the buyer is insured via Klarna and, just like with credit cards, can file a chargeback when they want to dispute that the product does not meet expectations. Klarna will report this chargeback to our Customer Service and we will defend it on behalf of our clients as an additional service.

Which options are offered differs per country.
