View ticket shop preview

You may sometimes need to make changes to your shop while the URL has already been shared and the countdown timer is visible. Using the preview module, you can still check the effect of the changes you have made.

Follow the steps below to use the 'Preview' function:
  1. Go to 'Dashboard' and select the desired event.
  2. In the bar on the left, click 'Preview'.
  3. Select the shop you want to view.
  4. Choose the date and time you want to simulate. For example, if a new batch of tickets becomes available on December 1 at 12:00, enter that date and time to check whether your settings for the new tickets are correct.
  5. Click the pink 'Preview' button.

Optional: click the black 'Open in new window' button to view the screen in full-screen mode.
