Send tickets at a later time - Delayed fulfillment
With the Delayed Fulfillment option you can configure e-tickets to be sent out at a later moment instead of immediately after placing an order. This can be useful, for example, when you want to add your e-ticket designs at a later point in time, and it also helps prevent tickets for your event from appearing on resale platforms at higher prices.
Note: Sending tickets at a later time is an advanced setting that, if used incorrectly, can cause confusion for consumers. If you are unsure, please contact us first so we can provide you with appropriate advice.
Go to 'Dashboard' and select the desired event.
In the bar on the left, go to 'Settings' and open the 'Fulfillment settings' section.
Under the 'Delayed fulfillment' section, tick the 'Enabled' box.
Then, under 'Fulfillment date', enter the desired date on which the e-tickets should be sent. Note: Enter at the latest the start date of the event here. Tickets will be sent on this date exactly at midnight.
