With the Delayed Fulfillment option, you can set e-tickets to be sent out at a later time instead of immediately after placing an order. This can be useful, for example, if you want to add your e-ticket designs later, and it also prevents tickets for your event from appearing on resale platforms at higher prices.
Warning: Please note that sending tickets later is an advanced setting that, if misused, can cause confusion for buyers. If you have any doubts, please contact us first so we can provide appropriate advice.
Go to 'Dashboard' and select the desired event.
In the left sidebar, go to 'Settings' and open the 'Fulfillment Settings' section.
Under 'Delayed Fulfillment,' check the box for 'Enabled.'
Then, enter the desired date for when the e-tickets should be sent under 'Fulfillment Date.' Note: Please enter the start date of the event at the latest. Tickets will be sent on this date at midnight.
