Set a service fee for the consumer

On top of the ticket price, you as the seller can also charge service fees. This can be specified on both product level and order level.

Ticket prices are always shown including service fees when these are charged. If you choose service fees per order, this will be shown separately from the ticket price.
  1. Go to your event.
  2. Go to "Settings".
  3. Go to the "Service fees" section.
  4. Under the "Frontoffice" tab you can configure the following:
    1. Fixed service fee per product
    2. Fixed service fee per order
    3. Percentage-based service fee per order
  5. Click "Save changes".
It is also possible to charge service fees separately per product. Follow the steps below.
  1. Go to the "Products" tab and click the pink "Edit fees" button to add separate service fees per product. If you leave this empty, the amount from steps 1 to 4 will automatically be applied.
  2. Click "Save changes".
