Do you no longer want to manually set up your direct mailings to your fans? Save work and time with our MailChimp integration. This integration allows you to link MailChimp account(s) via the Backoffice. This connection activates the synchronization of fan data to a selected audience in MailChimp. It is possible to set a default audience where all future fans of your events will be synchronized to, or to set up separate synchronizations per event, so that you have a separate audience per event.

Connect MailChimp to your account
- Go to 'Merchant' > 'Integrations' > 'MailChimp'
- You will then arrive on the MailChimp page. Click the pink 'Connect MailChimp account' button. You will now be redirected to a MailChimp login screen where you can authorize the connection between your MailChimp account and the Backoffice.
- After logging in, the account will be visible in the MailChimp merchant settings and is ready for use.
Synchronize your fan data
It is now time to synchronize your fan data. This is possible at both merchant level and event level.
Merchant level
Synchronization at merchant level ensures that all future fan data from your entire Backoffice account is stored in your MailChimp audience.
Go to the MailChimp merchant settings where you can choose 'Merchant audience for synchronization'. In the drop-down list you can select the audience within the MailChimp account (or within multiple accounts). Do not forget to confirm.
Event level
First create a new audience in MailChimp and name it after your event. Then log in to the Backoffice.
- Go to 'Events' and choose the desired event.
- In the grey bar, go to 'Integrations' > 'MailChimp' (if this option is not listed, please contact your client success manager).
- Select the MailChimp audience you just created. Again, do not forget to confirm.

NOTE: You cannot email non-subscribed ticket buyers from MailChimp.

When you synchronize at both merchant and event level, the synchronization at event level will overwrite the one at merchant level. This means that data is only stored in the event-specific audience, and not in the merchant audience.
