The Paylogic scan app: Scan with your phone or tablet

Always have your scanner within reach by downloading the Paylogic scanning app. 

 

1. Download the Paylogic Scanning app on your phone of tablet.

You need to create a scan operation before you start with scanning. Please read this article for more information.

2. Open the app on your phone or tablet. 
  1. Please read this article first if you have not yet created an operation.
  2. Click on the pink button at the bottom right on the screen to add an operation.
  3. The "Scan URL" page will appear where you can scan the generated QR code.
  4. A login screen will appear where the username is already filled in. Enter the password.
  5. Select the session and entrance as desired.

3. Scanning
Make sure that the barcode is completely horizontal in the middle of the screen and that the camera is in focus. During scanning 5 different results may appear:


4. Options
In the top left corner is a menu with various options. Here you can find the username, the session with which you logged in and the selected entrance. It is possible to click on the session and/or the entry and change it to another session or entry.
 
The Manage tab has 5 options: 
  1. Scan: Return to the screen to continue scanning. 
  2. Find: Here you are able to type in an order number/name to look up e-tickets. 
  3. Sync status: This shows whether the app is online and the statistics are pushed to the back office. 
  4. Stats: Only for admin users; here the statistics are visible and divided by input group and input. Please note that the statistics in the reporting dashboard are the most accurate. 
  5. Other: Press operations in order to log out.
