Ticket sales revenue overview

Ticket sales revenue overview

A Ticketing Income Statement (TIS) is a complete overview of all revenue for an event. This includes sold tickets, transaction costs, service fees, shipping costs and any discounts. In a TIS you can also see what has been paid out by See Tickets based on the different sales channels. In a TIS, in addition to the complete overview, you also have several tabs where the amounts from the overview are broken down:
  1. Tickets: Contains the number of products sold, refunds and chargebacks per product
  2. Transaction costs: Fees charged per payment method, including refunds and chargebacks
  3. Service fees: Service fees received and paid to See Tickets, including refunds and chargebacks
  4. Vouchers and donations: Total number of vouchers issued and donations received
An automatic TIS does not include in the overview any amounts that have not yet been paid out. However, we can adjust this so that amounts that have not yet been paid out are also included.
