Selling tickets from a shared capacity

Do you use a fixed capacity but sell different types of tickets (for example, child and adult tickets), then it is desirable that these tickets are taken from the same maximum capacity.

1. Go to your event.
   
2. Go to 'Products'.
   
3. Click 'Create new product' or select an existing product that has not yet been sold.
   
4. In the pool settings, select 'Share a pool with an existing product'.
   
5. Then from the drop-down menu, select one of the other existing products with which to share capacity.
   
6. Finally, click the pink 'Create Product' or 'Save Changes' button.
   

Be aware that it is not possible to change or adjust a pool once tickets have been sold.
