View daily statistics in the event dashboard

Each event has its own dashboard where you can see at a glance the number of tickets sold, the revenue generated, and the remaining capacities still to be sold.

To do this, go via "Manage" to the event of your choice and view the data there in the event dashboard.

There are various filter and display options that can be configured as you wish. These are saved in your account so that your preferred view is shown by default.

Product types

By default, all product types in the event are selected, and this can be adjusted as desired. Not using different product types yet?

  • The different filter options are: Last hour - Last 24 hours - Today - Last 7 days - Last 30 days

Block 2: Total numbers

  • Shows the total sales quantities and sold amount based on the configured product type filter. As in block 1, the sold amount here is also based only on the ticket price, excluding any additional fees or discounts.

  • Below the total sales quantities and revenue, the total remaining capacity based on the selected product type is shown.

Block 3: Credit & payout

  • Shows the current balance for the event and the estimated payout for the event in the next payout.

  • Due to the payout delay, it is not guaranteed that the entire current balance will be included in the next payout.
