View statistics in the demographic dashboard
Introduction
Do you want to know more about the fans who buy your tickets and are you wondering where to find this?
Below you can find how you can easily view the demographic statistics of your fans.
Reporting dashboard
Navigate to your desired event and go to the 'Event dashboard'. There, in the top bar, click on 'Reporting dashboard'. Click the dropdown menu and select 'Demographic statistics'.
All results
When you open Demographic statistics, you immediately see statistics such as where the fan comes from, gender, age, etc. You can also download the report by clicking the folder icon. You can further filter these statistics.
In the dropdown menu you can filter by the difference between Order, Buyer and Personalisation.
Buyer – orders: An order of 3 tickets by a man counts as 1 man in the charts. In this view you see demographic data of your main buyers at order level.Buyer – tickets: An order of 3 tickets by a man counts as 3 men in the charts. In this view you see demographic data of your main buyers at ticket level.
Personalisation: An order of 3 tickets by a man, personalised by 1 man and 2 women, counts as 1 man and 2 women in the charts. In this view you see demographic data of your fans, personalised at ticket level.
Advanced filtering
In the left-hand bar you have additional filter options. Under each heading you either have data that you can tick or values you need to enter yourself. If you do this, only the statistics for these specifically indicated data are shown. This allows you to filter further and, for example, view the data of your fans per product.
