Viewing sales numbers in the Sales dashboard
Introduction
Would you like to gain insight into the sales of your event and see how many tickets are still available? In the Sales dashboard, you can easily view sales per product and pool.
Select the desired event and go to Event Dashboard → Reports → Sales Dashboard.
Here you can see the sales data for the products and pools of your event. You can further filter the data by products, product types and ticket pools.
In the Sales dashboard, you can see different figures per product:
Total: Total capacity for product
Available: Remaining tickets to sell from this product
Processing: Tickets currently in cart
Reserved: Tickets held in a reservation order (via Order Requests tool)
Shops: Tickets sold via online shop - fully paid
Indirect: Tickets sold via online shop with pending payment plan
GL: Tickets sent via guestlist
TW: Tickets sold via Ticketware module (Box Office)
Values
Unit Price: only reflects the product price*
Sold value: product price * sold tickets via Shop and Ticketware**
Total value: product price * total tickets**
** Doesn't include any pending payment plans, discount and fees.
