Wallet start date (multiple day events)

Wallet start date (multiple day events)

It is now possible to set a date and time for the notification of a wallet ticket. This ensures that fans have their tickets more readily available on location, even when there is a poor internet connection.

You can configure this per product by following these steps:
  1. Go to Products
  2. Open the desired product
  3. Click on ‘Advanced’
  4. Set the start of the product’s active period via ‘Product valid from’. This determines, for example, when an Apple or Google Wallet pass appears on the phone's lock screen.
  5. Set the end of the product’s active period via ‘Product valid until’. This determines, for example, when an Apple or Google Wallet pass is archived in the wallet.
  6. Save your changes.
Info
This allows you to configure a weekend ticket to be shown at the start of the event, while a day ticket can be set to appear only on the specific day it is valid. From now on, the wallet ticket will be clearly displayed on fans' phones during the set period.

Idea
Both the wallet ticket and the above-mentioned notification can be styled according to your own branding. This is further explained in this article.
