Where and how to read the sales dashboard
Want insight into your sales? In the Backoffice you can get insight into the number of sales per product and pool.
- Click on the event you want.
- In the bar on the left, navigate to Reports > Sales dashboard
- Here you can see all sales data of your pools and their associated products.
The Sales dashboard is designed to view the statistics of all your events. Using filters, you can adjust the statistics as desired. In the bar on the left you can apply multiple filters.
- Events: At this moment 1 event is selected. It is also possible to display multiple events in one overview. Search for additional events in the bar and add them to start comparing.
- Products: By default, all active products are visible in the dashboard. You can switch off certain products as needed by selecting only the products you want to see.
- Pools: Here you can do exactly the same as with “Products”, but then for an entire pool.
- Display settings: Here you have the option to add your archived products to the report, as they are automatically removed from the dashboard when they are archived.
- Product types: When creating a product, you can choose the type of product you create. You can also filter on these different types, so that, for example, you only get a report of admission tickets.
You can also filter in the section at the top: “Hide columns”. Here you can hide information you do not need.
More details become visible by importing a file. You can do this by clicking one of the 3 folders at the top right;
