Do you use reservations? Below you can find how to easily view the statistics of requests and completed orders via this channel.
Reporting dashboard
Via ‘events dashboard’, click on ‘Reporting dashboard’ and then view: ‘Reservation information’.
At the top left of the web page, select the drop-down button below and choose the fifth option:
All requests and approvals listed
The results are shown per product in an overview. Reservations are mainly used as a separate shop where people can request tickets,
Countless filters available
In the dashboard you can find the total number of tickets per product, how many have been requested, approved and completed.
On the left-hand side there are various filter options, such as a specific period, only entrance tickets, a specific point of sale or pool.
