Add additional information to the confirmation email

In the confirmation email that fans receive, there are several places where you can add extra text. This is were you can include important information and/or instructions:

1. Go to 'Dashboard' and select the desired event.
   
2. Click on 'Settings' header in the left side bar and then select ' Fulfillment settings'.
   
3. Check the box 'Add extra information to the confirmation email'.
   
4. Enter the desired text.
   

You can now add text in one or both fields that pop up:

1. Order summary text: This text will appear in the confirmation email under the option to download the ticket.
   
2. Extra information text: This text will appear in the confirmation email below the information about the contents of the order.
