In the confirmation email that fans receive there are several places where you can add text. Here you can, for example, include important information and/or instructions.
Go to 'dashboard' and select the desired event
Click on 'settings' in the left sidebar and then click 'fulfillment settings'
Select the checkbox 'add extra information to the confirmation email'
Then enter the desired text
You can now add text in one or both fields that will appear in the confirmation email to the fan:
Order overview text: In the confirmation email this text will appear under the option to download the ticket.
Extra information text: In the confirmation email this text will appear under the information about the contents of the order.
