Add a banner to the confirmation email

A confirmation banner is a banner that the fan will see again in the confirmation email. This banner can be used to translate your branding to the confirmation email. Follow the steps below to configure the banner:
  1. Go to 'Dashboard' and select the desired event;
  2. In the left sidebar, go to 'Settings' and then to 'Advanced settings'
  3. Go to the section 'Banner image' and click 'Choose file'.
  4. 4. Click 'Save changes'.

Alert
The image has a maximum size of 60kb and dimensions of 730 x 100 pixels (.JPG or .GIF)
Your fans will now see a banner with your specific branding!
