Set up your event agenda

Set up an event agenda for your events by following the steps below:
Set up the event agenda
  1. Go to 'Create' in the bar on the left and select 'Sales channels'.
  2. Select the desired sales channel and click the three dots on the left, then choose 'Edit'. 
  3. Under the header 'Event agenda title', enter the desired name of the agenda.
  4. Click Save changes.
Add an event to the agenda
  1. Go to the desired event.
  2. Click 'Sales configuration', then click the 3 dots on the right in the shop bar and click 'Edit sale'.
  3. Under the header 'Advanced settings', check the box 'Discoverable'.
  4. Then click the pink ball at the bottom 'Save changes'.
To test whether everything is set up correctly, go to 'Events dashboard' in the bar on the left and then at the top bar click 'URLs for online sales'. Here you will see the link to the event agenda.

Add an image to the agenda
  1. Go to the desired event.
  2. Click 'Settings' and then click 'Marketing data'.
  3. Click 'Choose file' and add the desired image.
  4. Click Save changes.
Idea
We recommend uploading a square, high-quality image (png, jpg). This image is used for promotion on (external) promotion channels. Maximum file size: 1.0 MB.
