Copy sales channel

It is possible to copy shops/sales channels. This can be useful, for example, if you use different shops for partners, guests, or pre-sales. The following items are copied:

  1. Added products
  2. Categories including description, layout, and images
  3. Settings (cross-sell, banners, texts, vouchers)

Note: to use this feature, you must already have created at least one sales channel within an event. 


Steps

  1. In the event where you want to copy the shop, go to 'Sales configuration'.
  2. Click on the 3 dots on the shop you want to copy and click on 'Copy sale'.
  3. Select the newly created sales channel.
  4. Click on “Create sale”.

Your channel has now been copied and you can of course edit it further. Make sure you save your changes.
