Within one event you can create multiple shops. For example, a separate ticket link for a presale and a friends & family sale. Follow the steps below.
Create shop
1. Go to ‘Events’ and select the desired event.
2. Go to ‘Sales configuration’.
3. Click the pink button ‘Create new sale’.
4. a) Under ‘Channel’, select the sales channel you want to use.
b) If no sales channel is available, first create a new one via ‘Click here to create a new channel’:
‘Type’: Online.
5. Now enter the name of your new shop (this is only visible in the backoffice, not to consumers). For example: ‘Presale’ or ‘Secret link’.
6. Then enter a start and end date.
7. Optionally select a ‘Theme’ to style the shop in your own branding.

9. Add one or more tickets via ‘Add products to sale’.
10. Toggle the ‘Published’ switch from red to green. This publishes your shop / sets it live.
