Want to create products? This article explains how to do that. Step by step you’ll find below how to prepare your products for sale:
Go to "Events" and select the desired event. Then go to "Products".
Click "Create new product" on the right.
Give the product a name, for example "Early bird ticket", "Regular ticket" or "Guest ticket".
Enter the ticket price under "Price".
If VAT invoices are activated, you must enter the rate of your product under "Applicable VAT rate". This can differ per country and type of product.
Enter the capacity (number of available tickets) of the product under "Number of available products". If desired, you can use "Share a pool with an existing product" to link the product to an existing product so that you sell from the same capacity.
Then select "Create product".
Once you have created all your products, you can add them to your own ticket shop.
There are several options you can configure when creating products:
Images: If you use the Product cards layout in your shop, you can display images per product in the shop. You can upload these images via "Images".
Label: If you want to show a different title in your shop than the entered product title, you can display a different name for the product via "Label".
Not sold separately: If you do not want the product to be purchased on its own, you can activate "Not sold separately". This means the product can only be ordered in combination with a product for which "Not sold separately" is not activated.
Use custom sold-out text: When there are no tickets available and a product is sold out, the shop automatically displays the text Sold out. With this option you can adjust this text as you wish.
Minimum and maximum per order: With this option you can set how many of a product can be checked out in a single order. For example, you can ensure that fans can only purchase a maximum number to prevent scalpers.
