Create a new event

Follow the steps below to quickly and easily set up a new event with associated ticket shop:

1. Go to ‘Create’ and click on ‘Event’.
2. Fill in the required basic information of the event and then click ‘Next’. This information can always be changed at a later time.
3. Sales period: Enter the period during which tickets can be sold.
4. Fulfillment types: E-tickets and options for ‘MyOrder tickets’. There is also ‘Delayed fulfilment’ the option that releases E-tickets later on.

5. Payment methods: Select the payment methods you want to offer when checking out an order. Be aware that some payment methods may carry a possible chargeback risk. The chargeback risk is indicated next to the payment method.

Creating ticketshop
6. Sales configuration: Click the pink ‘Create new sale’ button to create a new ticket shop.
7. Under ‘Channel’, select the point of sale you want to use. Create an additional point of sale? Then click ‘Click here to create a new channel’.
8. Fill in the following fields and then click ‘Create channel’.
  1. Title
  2. Type: Online
  3. Under the heading ‘Consumer fields’, select which data consumers must enter during the ordering process. (Note: Which consumer fields you request determines data collection).
9. Give your new sale a recognisable name. For example, ‘Presale’, ‘Regular sale’ or ‘Secret sale’.
10. Click the pink button ‘Create sale’ and then ‘Next’.

Products 
11. Click ‘Create new product’ and enter the information for the ticket.
12. Click the pink ‘Create Product’ button and optionally choose right away to add it to the ticket shop you created in steps 6 to 10.
13. Once you've set everything up, click ‘Finish’.

Publish your event
14. Click the button ‘Publish’ in the ‘Event dashboard’ this is a black button with two arrows. This activates your event and creates the shop.

Alert
If you do not ‘Publish’ the event then the shop will not be visible.
