Back office on mobile

Especially for clubs and fixed venues, we have developed a mobile-friendly Backoffice role. The Club Mobile Merchant User makes it easy for you as an event organizer to make changes in our Backoffice on-site and via your phone. Fewer settings and features are visible, which makes the interface clearer.

The following features are included in the Club Mobile role:
  1. Event DashboardGet quick access to live statistics and keep track of your ticket sales from A to Z.
  2. Capacities: During the event you can decide whether to set the sale to “sold out” or scale up the tickets.
  3. Sales periods: Do you want the sale to run longer after all? Easily adjust the sales periods.
  4. Guest list: With the new Add Guest option, managing the guest list has never been easier. In just a few clicks you can add fans, with or without an email address.
  5. Orders: Easily look up orders for all your fans by name, order id or email address!

Would you like to use this new role? Please contact your client success manager so a new user account can be created. You will then receive a new username by email, plus a link to create a new password.
