This article explains how to set up an access code for your shop.
Create voucher group
Go to ‘Dashboard’ and select the desired event.
Go to ‘Tools’ and then ‘Vouchers’.
At the bottom, under ‘New voucher group name’, enter the title of the voucher group. Use a title that is easy for you to find later. This title is not visible to the consumer, only in the Backoffice.
Under ‘Voucher group type’, check the ‘Access voucher’ option and then click ‘Add voucher group’.

Click on the voucher group you just created.
Add your voucher code(s). This can be done in two ways: Manually: click the pink ‘Add’ button and enter your own voucher code(s). If you want to add more, repeat this step. CSV file: upload your own CSV file with multiple discount codes or use this tool to generate codes.
Select the product(s) for which the voucher should work.
Choose the minimum and/or maximum number of tickets per order for this specific product.
Do you want to add multiple products? Then click the green ‘Add another’ button.
Set the start and end date for when the voucher codes are valid and can be entered.
Are you using unique codes that may only be used once? Then deselect ‘No maximum availability’ and enter ‘1’ under ‘Maximum availability’.

Choose the minimum and/or maximum number of tickets per order.
Click ‘Save changes’.
Make the voucher code valid for a ticket shop
Go to ‘Sales configuration’.
On the right, click the 3 dots of the desired ticket shop in which the voucher code should work and go to ‘Edit sale’.
Scroll down and click ‘Advanced settings’.
Check the voucher group you created.
Then click ‘Save changes’.
Prepare your product(s) for the access voucher
In the ‘Event settings’, go to ‘Sales periods’.
Set the product(s) to the past. Example: starts on ‘yesterday’ and ends on ‘yesterday’.
This is an important step, because otherwise the ticket can be visible to other buyers without a voucher code.
