Analyze and compare the performance of your event(s)

The 'Reporting Dashboard' gives you the tools you need to analyse your event(s) in detail. Learn everything you need in the article below and discover how easy it is. 

1. Select the desired event via 'Manage'.

2. Open the Reporting Dashboard; you can also directly select 'view insights' for the event from the dashboard.

3. Select one of the different display options:

1. General overview
   
2. Demographic statistics
   
3. Scan statistics
   

You can now start analysing your event(s) in the Reporting Dashboard. You can do this by working with different filter options and then exporting the overview. By adding an extra event in the filters, you can compare different events with each other.

You can save and/or share the link/URL in your browser including all selected filter options, so you retain the filter settings and don't have to configure them again every time.

Are you on track?

You can adjust the filter so that you can compare your events with previous years. This way, you can monitor whether you are on schedule compared to previous editions. You can set this up by following these steps:

1. In the 'Events' filter, enter the events you want to view.

2. In 'Compare events', enter the event you want to compare it to.

This gives you an overview in two colours (or more if you have entered multiple events to compare) and makes it easy to compare and see how you are doing.
