Manage your door sales with Paylogic Pin Terminals

Manage your door sales with Paylogic Pin Terminals

Do you sell tickets at the door? It is now possible to handle this via the Paylogic system as well. This way you avoid different contract parties, invoices, and reports. Make use of the Paylogic Ticketware system and brand-new card terminals.

Benefits
  1. Revenue from door tickets is paid out via the Paylogic payout and invoicing, which provides more clarity in your administration.
  2. Sales statistics for door tickets are shown in the backoffice, so you not only see your primary sales in the Paylogic sales overview and reporting dashboard, but now also door sales. This way you have all sales in a single overview!
  3. Various reporting options to map all card transactions.
  4. Paylogic provides the hardware (card terminal, POS screen, software, printer, and scanner).
Door sales with tickets
For some organizations, such as festivals and trade fairs, it is important that a hardcopy ticket is printed. In the Ticketware system you can select the ticket, after which the amount appears on the card terminal and, once the fan has paid, a ticket is printed. This way you have everything in one system and no discrepancies can arise.

Door sales without tickets
For some organizations, such as clubs and venues, it is not necessary to print a ticket and the focus is mainly on payments and reporting. In the system you can configure that no ticket is printed. The ticket will still appear on the POS screen after payment; you can choose to scan the ticket directly from the screen.

The card terminal accepts the following payment methods:
  1. Maestro
  2. Mastercard
  3. Visa
  4. Amex
It does not matter whether you use a physical card or a service such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, etc.
