Pdf tickets are not user-friendly for fans on their phones, especially if they have multiple tickets in one file. It is now possible to enable Mobile tickets. Fans can access their ticket in a mobile-friendly way via MyOrder.

Advantages
MyOrder in combination with Mobile tickets have multiple functionalities that are of great value to both the fan, and the organization:
  1. MyOrder is an online page that is mobile friendly for fans
  2. MyOrder offers upsell opportunities. This increases product sales and revenue per visitor
  3. MyOrder allows fans to manage their own tickets and perform desired actions (e.g. personalization, rebooking, etc.). Because fans can manage their own actions, this increases the fan's sense of control and has a positive effect on the fan experience. In addition, the fan has real-time access to the status (e.g. personalization, refund, etc.) of an order or ticket, which reduces possible questions for Customer Service.
  4. Because there will no longer be a PDF, there will also no longer be an E-Ticket which fans can resell on external marketplaces. This gives customers more control over both the primary and secondary market.
In addition, you can also choose to activate a wallet functionality. In short, it means that fans can add their ticket to their Apple or Google Wallet via MyOrder. Read more about that in this article.
