Mobile tickets and Wallet functionality

Activate Mobile tickets
PDF tickets are not user-friendly for fans on their phone, especially if they have multiple tickets in one file. It is now also possible to enable Mobile tickets. Fans can access their ticket via MyOrder in a mobile-friendly way.

There are three flows:

In addition to the QR code in MyOrder, fans can also download their e-ticket as a PDF via the confirmation email if they wish.

The confirmation email does not offer a download button for the tickets, but instead a button that leads to MyOrder, where fans get access to both the PDF and the Mobile ticket.

The confirmation email gives access to MyOrder, where the fan can open the Mobile ticket.

Benefits
MyOrder combined with Mobile tickets offers several features that are of great value for both the fan and the organiser: 
  1. MyOrder is an online page that is mobile friendly for fans
  2. MyOrder offers upsell options. This results in more products being sold and an increase in the average revenue per visitor
  3. Via MyOrder fans can manage their own tickets and perform desired actions themselves (such as personalising, rebooking, etc.). Because fans can perform actions themselves, this increases their sense of control and has a positive effect on the fan experience. In addition, fans have real-time insight into the status (for example personalisation, refund, etc.) of an order or ticket, which reduces potential questions for Customer Service.
  4. Because no PDF is available anymore, there will no longer be an e-ticket that fans can resell on external marketplaces. This gives customers more control over both the primary and secondary market.
Additionally, you can choose to activate a wallet feature. In short, this means that fans can add their ticket to their Apple or Google Wallet via MyOrder. Read more about this in this article.
