Add / edit e‑ticket design

This article explains step by step how to configure an e-ticket with your own design in the Backoffice.
When designing your own e-ticket layout, please take the following conditions into account:
  • A4 format
  • PDF file
  • Maximum 2 MB
  • Space for horizontal barcode: 100mm x 60mm
  • The horizontal barcode is mandatory; you can optionally also choose to display a vertical barcode. The space for the vertical barcode is 40mm x 45mm.
1. Create a new e-ticket template
Go to 'Create' and then click 'PDF E-Tickets'
Click the button 'Create new e-ticket template'


Give the template a logical name you will remember
Place the horizontal and vertical (QR code & optional) barcodes on the ticket and keep the following in mind. 
- In the first column, enter the number of millimetres from the left edge to the start of the barcode.
- In the second column, enter the number of millimetres from the top edge to the start of the barcode. Below are some examples of positions with the corresponding values:
  • Horizontal bottom left: 13 - 224 (H1)
  • Horizontal top left: 13 - 80 (H2)
  • Vertical bottom right: 157 - 214 (V1)
  • Vertical top right: 157 - 80 (V2)
Check the template using the preview function
2. Link the template to the product
  1. Go to the correct event and click 'Settings', then go to 'E-ticket template'
  2. Here you can link your template to your products.
  3. Save your changes.
