You can gain insight into orders and customers by going to “Orders”.
- Go to “Events” and select the desired event.
- Go to “Orders”. Here you will see several input fields, such as email addresses, order IDs, and so on. Enter the desired information and click “Search”.

Each order has an order ID, which consists of nine digits.
Next to the search field you will find the “Advanced search” button. This allows you to search orders in more detail.
When you click on an order, you will see the following sections:
- Order overview: Here you can view all information about the order.
- Request refund: For refunding tickets.

Not all accounts have the permissions to perform a refund. Don’t see this section? Then please contact your Client Success Manager.
- Download e-tickets: Download the tickets in PDF format.

Do you get an error message here? Then there are two possible reasons:
- Delayed fulfillment is active. You can only download the tickets once the fulfillment date has passed.
- Mobile Tickets are being used. In this case you can view the tickets via MyOrder.
- Cancel order: This cancels the order and ensures that the tickets are no longer valid, so the tickets can no longer be scanned.
- Resend: Resend the tickets to the fan.
- Revoke barcodes and resend: Revoke and resend the barcodes. With this option a new barcode is issued.
- MyOrder: Here you can see what the MyOrder environment looks like for the fan.
