Protecting your user account with two-step verification
With two-step authentication(Two Factor Authentication / 2FA), we ensure that data is better protected and stored. After entering a username and password, you are asked for a unique 6-digit code generated by an authentication app of your choice, for example: Microsoft authenticator, Google authenticator or 1Pass.
Set up two-step verification
- Go to your account settings via this link or the icon at the top right.
- Click "Manage 2FA" and then "Create a one-time password.
- Open your authentication app on your phone, or download Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or 1Pass from the Apple or Android app store.
- Scan the QR code displayed in the Back Office with the authentication app.
- Enter the 6-digit code in the "One-time password" field and click "Confirm.
You have now set up 2FA for your account. The 6-digit code will be prompted once every 24 hours or when changing IP address and browser session.
