Protect your user account with two-step verification

With two-step verification (Two Factor Authentication / 2FA) we make sure that data is better protected and stored. After entering a username and password, you will be asked for a unique 6-digit code that is generated by an authentication app of your choice, for example: Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or 1Pass.

Setting up two-step verification
  1. Go to your account settings via this link or the icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click on "Manage 2FA" and then on "Create one-time password".
  3. Open the authentication app on your phone, or download Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or 1Pass from the Apple or Android app store.
  4. Scan the QR code shown in the Backoffice with the authentication app.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code in the "One-time password" field and click "Confirm".
You have now set up 2FA for your account. The 6-digit code will be requested once every 24 hours or when the IP address and browser session changes.
