Viewing Scan Statistics

Interested in gaining insights into your scan statistics? In our Backoffice, it's possible to access statistics such as scans per interval, cumulative scans over a certain period, or scans per product. Read on to understand your scan statistics.
 
Reporting Dashboard

In the Reporting Dashboard, you can find the (real-time) statistics of the operation. Click on 'View Reporting' on the right to access this section.


The reporting dashboard is designed to display live statistics. However, these live statistics require scanning in an online environment (meaning that the devices must be connected to the internet). If scanning is done offline, the device needs to be connected to the internet first to automatically download the scans to the Backoffice.
Using filters, you can customize the statistics as desired. Select the desired options and click 'add' to activate them. By default, only successful scans are shown, and a 30-minute interval is used.

The diagrams provide information on scans per interval, cumulative scans over a certain period, scans per product (which quickly provides insight into no-shows per product or in total), and statistics for sessions, entrances, and scan users. By clicking and dragging over a specific interval, you can zoom in on a certain period.

More details are visible by importing a CSV file. This can be done by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner.
