View scan statistics

Want insight into your scan statistics? In our Backoffice you can view, for example, scans per interval, cumulative scans within a specific time frame, or scans per product. Read on to understand your scan statistics.

Reporting dashboard
The (real-time) operation statistics can be found in the Reporting Dashboard. Click on "View reports" on the right to access this section.
Alert
The reporting dashboard is designed to show statistics live. However, these live statistics require scanning in an online environment (this means the devices must be connected to the internet). If scanning is done offline, the device must first be connected to the internet so the scans can then automatically be uploaded to the Backoffice.
Using filters, you can shape the statistics as desired. Select the desired options and click on "Apply" to activate them. By default, only successful scans are shown, and an interval of 30 minutes is used.

The charts show information about scans per interval, cumulative scans within a certain time period, scans per product (which quickly provides insight into the no-shows per product or in total), and statistics for sessions, entrances, and scan users. By clicking and dragging over a specific interval for a given period, you can zoom in.

More details become visible by exporting a CSV file. You can do this by clicking the icon at the top right.
