Learn more about our scanning solutions?

Depending on your situation, we offer several scanning solutions:
  1. Event with max. 1,500 visitors and 1 entrance
  2. Event with max. 1,500 visitors and multiple entrances
  3. Event with more than 1,500 visitors
Event with max. 1,500 visitors and 1 entrance
For an event with a maximum of 1,500 expected visitors and scanning at 1 entrance, we recommend using our scanning app. The scanning app can be downloaded on any Android or Apple device and is easy to use. The scanning app can also be used offline after loading the operation. The statistics will then be pushed back to the Backoffice as soon as there is a network connection again.
Alert
Please note: if you remain offline after loading and additional tickets are sold, these will not be included in the operation.
Event with max. 1,500 visitors and multiple entrances
For an event with a maximum of 1,500 expected visitors we also recommend using our Paylogic Scanning app, which can be downloaded on any Android or Apple device – this application is easy to use. When there are multiple entrances, it is important that the scanners work online and are connected to a stable network, so that the different entrances are synced.
