Bring supply and demand together by launching your own Waiting List environment

Introduction
Through our Waiting List, See Tickets customers can provide a space where fans who missed out on regular sales for a sold-out event or product can register. Fans who, for various reasons, can no longer attend the event can then offer their tickets for sale on the waiting list. Fans without tickets who have registered on the Waiting List are then matched based on the available supply.

Supply and demand

This way, supply and demand are brought together in a safe manner. Offering tickets does not guarantee a sale. The selling fan will only receive their purchase amount back if a match

is made with a buyer and that buyer pays for the tickets after the match.

Registration

The Waiting List is similar to a shop environment, however, a fan signs up as interested instead of immediately checking out. All registrations are stored in our back office, allowing for a target group to be searched for a match based on the supply.
