Collect fan data via the Queue

Collect fan data via the Queue

With the feature 'Personal Details in Queue' you can collect data from all fans who are interested in an event via the Queue. In the Queue, a screen is shown with the following fields:
  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Email address
When a fan fills this in and confirms, an opt-in is automatically given.

Normally, data is only collected from fans who have bought tickets. What makes this feature unique is that you also collect data from interested fans who were not able to buy tickets. You can use these email addresses to:
  1. Enrich your database with more valuable fan data.
  2. Retarget fans (for the same event, or a similar one, so you can still convert them).
