Send to Friend is a connecting feature that can only be used when personalisation is activated.

The lead booker can send his or her friends a personalisation request via Send to Friend.

This can be done by entering a friend's e-mail address. But also by sending a link via socials. 


Why?

Among other things, this results in more accurate fan data and allows each unique visitor to individually agree to the conditions around the use of his or her personal data for marketing purposes via a marketing opt-in. With mandatory personalisation, this results in valuable and actionable fan data in addition to complete and accurate insight into who your visitors are!


Fans can choose from two options: 

  1. Share via link: this is the option that generates a link that can be shared with a friend. The fan can decide through which application the link is shared, think of: Whatsapp, Telegram and Instagram. When the friend clicks on the link, it is redirected to a new page where you can enter your own e-mail address. The friend will then receive an email containing the option to claim/personalise your own ticket. 
  2. Sharing via email: An e-mail is sent to the fan's friend, in this e-mail fans can claim the ticket.
