Allow your fans to make name changes via Name Change

Enable your fans to make name changes via Name Change

Through our personalization features, we enable our customers to collect the data of all (100%) fans. With this valuable data, our customers can build their own unique database and gain better insights into their fanbase.

If a fan unexpectedly cannot attend the event, Name Change offers the option to change the name on the ticket so it can be transferred to a friend or acquaintance. Via the confirmation email that has already been received, the buyer gets access to the white-label MyOrder environment, the central page where the fan can perform the name change.

If desired, you as the organizer can charge a transfer fee that the fan has to pay when transferring a ticket.

Below you will find the step-by-step guide for activating this feature.
