Enable your fans to make name changes through Name Change

Enable your fans to make name changes through Name Change

Through our personalization features, we enable our clients to collect data from all (100%) fans. This valuable data allows our clients to build their own unique database and gain better insight into their fanbase.

However, if a fan unexpectedly cannot attend the event, Name Change offers the option to change the name on the ticket so it can be transferred to a friend or acquaintance. Via the confirmation email they already received, the buyer gets access to the white-label MyOrder environment, the central page through which the fan can perform the name change themselves.

If desired, as an organizer, you can charge a transfer fee that the fan must pay when transferring a ticket.

Below you will find the step-by-step guide for activating this feature.
